We believe that when it comes to even our most difficult problems, the answers are within and around us. The secret is in each of us. That's why we are calling a courageous group of people we call Possibilists to do the hardest work we humans can do - transform intractable conflicts and create a world where we work together so that, as the Beatles so famously sang, "we can work it out." Together we can take on the biggest problems we face - from war to climate change.
